Deactivate a Desktop Install

Do you want to deactivate one of your desktop installations so that you can install the application on a different machine?

Note: To activate a desktop install, download TrialDirector 360 and install it to your machine.

Sign in to TrialDirector 360 on the web and follow the steps below:

  1. Click Feature Set Information from the account name dropdown.

    2. The Feature Set Information page appears.

  2. Select an install entry from the Desktop Installs table.
  3. Click Deactivate in the top left corner of the table.

    4. A confirmation dialog appears. Click Yes if you want to deactivate the install.
