Change the Password

Let's say you already signed in for the first time and would like to change you current password given to you in the invitation email to a more personal password.

Sign in to TrialDirector 360 on the web and follow the steps below:

  1. Click My Account from the account name dropdown.

    2. The Account Summary page opens and your profile information appears in the profile panel.

  2. Click Change Password in the upper right corner of the Profile panel.

    3. The change password fields appear.

  3. Type in the old password, then enter and confirm the new password.
  4. Click Save.
