Remove a Transcript from a Case

You can remove a transcript completely from a case using the Transcript Explorer.

To remove a transcript, open the Transcript Explorer withing a case and follow the steps below:

  1. Select the transcript to be removed.

  2. Click the Remove button in the Transcript Explorer ribbon bar.

  3. A confirmation dialog appears.

  4. Click Yes.

  5. The transcript is removed from the case.

 

Note: You can right click on the transcript you want to remove from within the Transcript Explorer and access the Remove button from the context menu.
