Remove Multimedia from a Case

You can remove multimedia from your case using the Multimedia Explorer.

To remove multimedia from the case, open the Multimedia Explorer in the case and follow the steps below:

  1. Select the multimedia file to be removed.

  2. Click the Remove button in the Multimedia Explorer.

    3. The multimedia file you selected is removed.

    Tip: The Remove button is also found in the right-click context menu of the Multimedia Explorer.
