Filter Multimedia

You can filter the multimedia in your case using the Multimedia Explorer. You can filter the multimedia by type.

To filter the multimedia in the case, open the Multimedia Explorer in the case and follows the steps below:

  1. Click the Filter dropdown button.

    2. The filter options appear.

  2. Select a multimedia type.

    3. The Multimedia Explorer filters the multimedia types to only show the audio files.
