Remove an Issue Type

You can remove an issue type completely from the case using the Issues tab.

To remove an issue type, select the Issues tab in an open case and follow the steps below:

  1. Select the issue type entry from the Issues table.

  2. With the issue type selected, click the Remove button.

  3. A confirmation dialog appears.

  4. Click Yes in the confirmation dialog.

  5. The issue type is removed from the case.
