Invite Team Members from a Main Case
You can invite team members from a main case to one of the case's associated cases from the Team Members tab.
To invite a team member from a main case, open the associated case and follow the steps below:

Select the Team Members tab.

Click the Invite From Main Case button.

Select the team members from the main case to be invited to the associated case.

Click Save & Close.
The Invite From Main Case dialog appears.
A table appears in the dialog that is populated with the team members currently part of the main case. Use the check boxes to select the team members you want to invite to the associated case.
The dialog closes, and an invitation email is sent to the invitees.
