Import Issue Types
You can import issue type information from the Issues tab of an open case.
To import issue type information, select the Issues tab from the open case and follow the steps below:

Click the Import button.

Navigate to the issue type import file.

Select the file.

One parent issue type with sub-issue types (Note the sub-issue types contain a fifth detail definition, the name of the parent issue type)

Several parent issue types, some with sub-issue types (Note the sub-issue types contain a fifth detail definition, the name of the parent issue type)

Click Open.
The File Explorer appears.
Select the comma delimited file (CSV) with the issue type definitions you want to import.

The issue types are added to the case and appear in the Issues table.

Note: If any of the imported issue types contain duplicate details with any of the existing issue types in the case, the duplicate imported issue type will not be added to the case. |
